Japan Tobacco International (JTI) manufactures and distributes many brands of Cigarettes like Camel Nutty Menthol, Winston, Glamour etc. in Japan has now prepared to buy all the issued shares also known as capital stock of the Zandera Ltd., a UK based firm famous for its E Cigarette brand E- Lites. E Cigarette is an established brand which will be utilized by JT to expand its market now in e cig business.

This trend of buying of giant E Cigarette brands by tobacco giants is not now. Big E Cigarette brands like Green Smoke and Blu Cigs have also been acquired by big Tobacco groups Altria and Lorrilard respectively.
